Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders from VitoLabs are processed and delivered.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase before being handed to our fulfillment partner for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

• Standard Shipping: $8.00 for orders under 1kg, or $30.00 for orders 1kg and over. Estimated delivery: 5-9 business days after processing.

• Express Shipping: $15.00 for orders under 1kg, or $42.00 for orders 1kg and over. Estimated delivery: 3-6 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by customs processing, weather, or carrier delays. We currently ship within the United States only.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.

If you order multiple products, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages, sometimes on different days, depending on where each item is fulfilled from.
