Thank you for shopping at VitoLabs. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, skincare, personal care, and other items intended for direct skin or body contact cannot be returned once opened or used, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. This does not affect your right to a replacement or refund on a faulty or wrong item.

How to Start a Return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions for sending the item back to us.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. If you are returning an item for any other reason (such as a change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact page with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve this quickly with a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, before the order is sent to our fulfillment partner. After this window, the order may have already begun processing and cannot be cancelled, though our standard return policy still applies once you receive it.
